Bostina & Associates assisted Alcedo during a deal worth several tens of millions of Euros, whereby the Japanese group, Sumimoto, purchased 90% of the Company's share capital. The legal team that provided advice throughout more than two years worth of negotiations was led by Mr. Cezar Gusu, Partner Lawyer.
